4. Customization and Content
You are solely responsible for any personal information, branding, logos, or links you submit for inclusion on your PKTap card. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content we deem offensive, inappropriate, or harmful.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on PK-Tap.com, including branding, product designs, and software, is the intellectual property of PKTap and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. You retain ownership of any logos or content you upload for your personalized card.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement.
