You must be at least 18 years old to use or purchase PKTap products. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and customization. You are responsible for keeping your PKTap account and profile secure.
3. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in your local currency and may be subject to taxes. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
4. Customization and Content
You are solely responsible for any personal information, branding, logos, or links you submit for inclusion on your PKTap card. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content we deem offensive, inappropriate, or harmful.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on PK-Tap.com, including branding, product designs, and software, is the intellectual property of PKTap and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. You retain ownership of any logos or content you upload for your personalized card.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement.
7. Limitation of Liability
PKTap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or software updates.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our platform at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of our services.
